Alli is our dedicated Treatment Coordinator. She is one of the first staff members you will interact with when you come into our office. Alli has a beautiful family with 4 kids and her husband. Her kids range in ages from 7 – 21 years old. She is originally from Orlando Florida and has been living in Hagerstown now for 4 years. Alli likes to spend time with her family and friends. She travels a lot back and forth to Florida to see her family. She loves college football and binging a great tv show.

Sela is a member of our front desk staff here at M&M Braces. She is currently pursuing a career in nursing, showing a strong commitment to helping others. She has a passion for shopping but when she's not browsing the aisles, she loves spending time with her energetic Dalmatian, who keeps her on her toes. She is also an avid traveler, always exploring new destinations and cultures. She has a knack for discovering the best eateries wherever she goes. When she’s not traveling, she loves to spend cozy evenings at home finding the latest TV series to binge.

Hope is our dedicated orthodontic assistant and lab technician here at our office. Hope is the one who makes sure that we see our patients on time, which makes the day go by smoothly. Her passion for helping patients achieve their perfect smiles is matched only by her love for crafting and spending time outdoors. When she's not creating beautiful smiles you can find Hope exploring nature or enjoying adventures with her beloved dog Griffey. A true Pittsburgh Steelers fan, she brings enthusiasm and positive spirit to our team every day. We're so lucky to have her!

Zavia is our orthodontic assistant and social media coordinator. When she’s not busy straightening smiles, Zavia is leveling up her Fortnite game—because who wouldn’t want to practice their building skills. She dreams of teaming up with the likes of Ninja and maybe even pulling off a surprise elimination on Big Brother (don’t worry, she won’t use those skills on our patients!).

Originally, Zavia was on the path to becoming a general dental assistant, but she soon realized it wasn’t as independent as she had hoped. Her true passion lies in orthodontics, where she can really shine! With four years of assisting experience, she’s been honing her skills for one year at our office, where she’s not just our certified dental assistant; she’s also our chief strategist for both braces and Battle Royale. Her favorite part of the job? Assisting and putting on braces while easing nerves with her signature charm—talking patients through it like a pro!

A proud Hagerstown Community College grad, she holds her CDA, MDO, and X-ray certification, making her the ultimate dental superhero—complete with an invisible cape (which is a little tricky when you’re wearing a lab coat!).

When she’s not at work, Zavia is on a quest to find the perfect hobby. So far, she’s found a passion for gym classes, especially cycling and bodybuilding. She also loves to give back by volunteering at soup kitchens and food banks during the holidays—because she believes in spreading kindness, especially after experiencing some tough times herself.

If you catch her sneaking a peek at the latest reality shows or Fortnite tournaments, just know it’s all in the name of research—she’s crafting a plan for her future reality TV debut!

Jose is an enthusiastic dental assistant at our office, bringing a wealth of knowledge with his oral radiology certificate and a keen dedication to his ongoing studies for an orthodontic assisting certificate. Although he might seem quiet at first, Jose has a lot to say and enjoys engaging with both colleagues and patients alike.

Currently balancing his work with college, Jose is pursuing a major in radiology, showcasing his commitment to advancing his expertise in the field. Outside of work and studies, he is a passionate music enthusiast who loves to discover new artists and hit the concert scene whenever he can.

When the weather is nice, you’ll find him hiking to recharge or exploring new indoor and outdoor environments in the DMV, always on the lookout for the next great food spot. A proud scooter owner, Jose enjoys cruising around, adding a bit of adventure to his daily routine.
